Clients must thoroughly review and understand project terms outlined in the agreement before proceeding with GROWTH TAP DIGITAL's services.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

2.1 Introduction

GROWTH TAP DIGITAL maintains a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination, harassment, and verbal abuse.

2.2 Consequences of Policy Violations

In case of policy violations leading to project termination:

- Immediate Project Cancellation
- Retained Payment for Services Performed
- Release from Further Obligations

2.3 Reporting Violations

Clients or team members should report violations to, treated confidentially, and subjected to thorough investigation.

2.4 Investigation Process

The investigation includes a detailed examination of recorded communications, ensuring a comprehensive review of the project's nuances.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund considerations are at GROWTH TAP DIGITAL's discretion, and applicable solely to services not executed.

3.2 Services Rendered

Refunds will not be issued once services are rendered per agreed terms.

3.3 Approval of Refunds

Approval or denial of refund requests rests with GROWTH TAP DIGITAL, with a 30-day processing time for approved refunds.

3.4 No Further Liabilities

Acceptance of a refund signifies final settlement; clients commit not to pursue additional claims.

3.6 Termination of Services

Acknowledgment of a refund entails discontinuation of all associated services.

3.7 Changes to the Refund Policy

GROWTH TAP DIGITAL reserves the right to modify the refund policy; changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.

4. Fees

Clients must remit payments according to the project agreement's payment schedule. For non-payment, a $100 penalty fee accrues after 14 days until outstanding balances are cleared.

5. Support & Maintenance

GROWTH TAP DIGITAL assumes responsibility for ongoing support and maintenance. The warranty period extends to 12 months after the website delivery date. Website maintenance is invoiced separately.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

Upon payment for services, clients exclusively own the intellectual property rights resulting from our work at GROWTH TAP DIGITAL. We unequivocally relinquish any claim to these rights.

6.2 Usage for Promotional and Marketing Purposes

Unless explicitly informed otherwise by the client, GROWTH TAP DIGITAL may use materials created during the provision of services for promotional and marketing purposes of our business.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties pledge to safeguard sensitive information shared.

8. Indemnification

8.1 Client's Commitment

Clients pledge to indemnify GROWTH TAP DIGITAL against claims arising from the client's breach or service use.

8.2 Agency's Commitment

GROWTH TAP DIGITAL reciprocates the commitment to indemnify the client against claims arising from the agency's breach.

8.3 Duration of Indemnification

This indemnification provision remains effective after the agreement's termination or expiration.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Consequences include retention of domain names, design assets, and any outstanding payments.

10. Dispute Resolution

Parties shall attempt good faith negotiations; if required, mediation or alternative dispute resolution procedures may be pursued.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

GROWTH TAP DIGITAL retains the right to modify these Terms and Conditions; changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
